Casper College International Food Banquet & Fashion Show

Over 20 volunteers from the Japanese program in Casper participated in the Casper College International Food Banquet & Fashion Show. Some prepared Japanese food, some served the food at the banquet, and some were fashion models showing Japanese traditional clothing: kimono and yukata. These models were featured in the "Casper Journal" the following week!

The menu was "teriyaki beef rolls with vegetables" and "chirashi-zushi (a kind of sushi, but not with fish)." In order to serve over 150 people at the banquet, we spent almost three hours to prepare!
